In the simplest terms, this book is enchanting. Everything about it is just wonderful. It has an old elegance to it and a precision with words and details. The idea itself is unique: Le Cirque des Rêves. Even that name sounds beautiful. It has me wishing such a circus existed, such ingenuinty of entertainment. It gives a whole new life to what is known as ‘the circus’ and a whole higher standard to judge it from. It really is a “feast for the senses.” If it were real, I think I would really be a rêvuer :)
